Here is where I will tell you why I am selling, and why I think this business is such a fantastic investment.

Over 12 years ago we bought Baan Laksee, which was a half finished building project. Soi 17 was a red dirt track at the time with no hotels, bars, beauty salons, 7/11, Tesco Express or anything else in the area. Only empty land,  a few residential houses, noodle stalls and street food.

Baan ChaiNam was built 3 years later, along with 2 more villas in our private community.

After the building works were completed at Baan Laksee, we lived there for many happy years.

During this time we bought Baan ViewBor and made numerous building improvements, changes to the property and garden area.

We had bought land and finished building a new house on nearly 7 Rai of land in Huay Yai, and decided to move from Baan Laksee into the countryside.

We rented Baan Laksee for a couple of years on a standard one year lease and had an enquiry for a 3 month let at Baan ViewBor, which was now completed and furnished.

We rented Baan ViewBor for 3 months, and at the end of that term both properties would be empty.

We then decided to start renting the villas as short term holiday homes and listed the villas with a few agents.

It wasn’t long before we had a few regular guests and a few bookings coming through agents.

We decided to buy Baan ChaiNam after a friend of ours moved back to UK and make the villa rental business into a proper company.

We employed full time staff and made lots of changes to the villa’s to make them like a home away from home for our guests.

You can see by our reviews that we have a great business as far as the guests are concerned.

The villa’s are the closest holiday rental villas’s to Walking Street.

The expansion of Pattaya has left these stunning properties in a small private gated community in an amazing location and as time goes on the value of these properties will increase dramatically.

I am now looking to retire, whenever I sell my assets.

As an investment you are going to enjoy great returns from the holiday rental company.

Equity value will increase on the properties as Pattaya continues to expand and prosper, especially in these centrally located luxury villa’s.
