Company Owned Land and Property is OK with a foreign Director and Shareholder.


Leased Land is OK and you are able to get a title book for anything you build.

Each of our properties are owned by separate Registered, Trading & Tax Paying Company’s that Employ Staff.

Transfer of Company Directors and Shareholders is a very simple legal process that your Lawyer will handle for you.

We are also happy to provide a full lease on land if you prefer.

Can you offer any finance/mortgage or loan?
